- 2 tbsp sattu flour (homemade)
- 1 cup boiled milk
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions to make to make Sattu drink with milk
- In a saucepan, add the sattu mix, brown sugar (any other sweeteners to your choice), and water. Mix it without any lumps.


- Now simmer this over medium until it thickens. It usually takes about 3 to 4 minutes. While it is simmering, don’t forget to stir in between to avoid the lumps
- When you see bubbles on top as shown in the picture, add the milk and mix


- Simmer it for a minute or two. I usually simmer it for one minute

Whole Wheat – 1/2 kg(500 gms)
Finger Millet – 1/2 kg(500 gms)
Black Chana – 1/4 kg(250 gms)
white Chana-1/4kg(250gms)
Green Gram Dal – 1/4 kg(250 gms)
Pearl Millet – 100 gms - TO BE ROASTED
Sago – 100 gms
Fried Gram Dal – 100 gms
Foxtail Millet – 50 gms
Red Rice – 50 gms
Sorghum – 50 gms
Cashew – 25 gms
Badam – 50 gms - TO BE ADDED AS SUCH:
Dry Ginger powder – 2 tsp
Elaichi – 10 whole - Make fine flour by grinding it in flour mill
